This is referenced from a photo my mom took while she was revisiting an old home of a friend. Long abandoned, the house used to be part of a duck farm, but now is in disrepair. When she was showing me pictures of it, this one really stood out, so I did a painting. So strange what ends up surviving the passage of time.
